TFL Development was founded in April of 1999. Our founder, Tom Lamatrice has 20 years experience in both customer relations and many types of construction. Tom has been self employed since 1987 when at that time he entered into a successful half ownership of PL Contractors in Maryland. This successful partnership lasted for over 10 years.
The many fields Tom has worked in include rough carpentry, trim work, set brick and block, drywall, electrical, plumbing, concrete slabs and driveways, HVAC, flooring such as tile and wood flooring, and painting.
With Tom's 20 years experience, TFL Development is able to offer services in Bath and Kitchen remodeling, Room additions, Garage building, Tile flooring and Wood flooring, Handy man work, Window and Door installations, Home inspections, New home construction, Commercial construction, Drywall installation, Painting, Rough carpentry and Trim work.
